What Is The Most Ridiculous Thing You Have Heard From A Witness?
by minimus ini remember an elder questioning a woman who had admitted to giving and receiving oral sex from her unbelieving mate.
he asked her the most intimate questions which clearly flustered her.
interestingly, she “confessed “ to the elders because her conscience bothered her.

You MUST Sign the Data Collection Form "...obey...whether these appear sound from a strategic or human standpoint or not.¨"
by gone for good inthe many and complex issues surrounding the collection of person data and new laws aiming to protect individuals control of their own privacy, seem to have hatched about the same time as the governing body expressed their hope that it´s own 8 million would obey their order to "sign this form" effectively transfering total authority over privacy and data issues over to the borg.. what are your thoughts on this coincidence?.
zuckerberg lost billion$$ when people realized that he had prostituted their personal data and now wt wants the same signed access that he had to info that is $$$.... wt already owns all the real estate and now wants to own all the data.... it´s a current and global issue - please share your thought with the rest of us here.. .

Judicial committees have destroyed thousands of families, ruined individuals lives, ended mutually beneficial relationships and led to suicides and untold heartbreak.
It´s all in JW/WT shared data - not exactly the equivalence of bowel regularity.
Law abiding people are having their freedoms and rights trampled without legal representation in amateur courts presided by unqualified elders .
Even when you refuse to participate - It´s still all recorded - names, dates. allegations, witnesses, and the life sentence activated by having your name read out .
Access to this kind of information is valuable if change (or justice) is ever going to come about..
signing away your rights to access is insane.
If you want to see how valuable your records really are - just try to get them and watch the stonewalling.

Personal Data Permission (Spain)
by paradiseseeker ini had the meeting yesterday and there it was announced that there will be a new law passed in spain regarding personal data.
that law makes it compulsory for the wt spanish branch to collect a signed permission from the publishers to keep and utilize personal data.
no choice was given to us, we were just told to make sure we hand in our signed permissions before may 18th.

The Canadian system allows individuals to demand access within 30 days to any files, data, records etc etc which have been formed regarding yourself.
You may demand to know who has shared them and for what purposes they were shared. Someone in every company that keeps such records has to have a person on staff to accommodate your access to it all. (some exclusions for national security etc.)
I tried to access my records from Canada bethel using the approach above and was refused access (by letter) -the reason given for non compliance was that religions are not for-profit organizations (although they can and do generate enormous profits).
Europe may be forward thinking enough to include religions in their desire to protect an individuals access to his/her own information.
The WT is turning its new legal responsibility (to provide open access) into a data bonus for themselves by coercing members to quickly sign away their personal control of their own data to the Borg, thus giving the individual less not more rights to privacy and protection....seems pretty devious

these privacy laws are to protect individuals by giving them clear rights as to what can be collected, stored or shared(sold) to third parties by the collector.
Data collection is supposed to be business specific (only as much and no more) than that particular business needs to function effectively. Issues such as security clearances, health problems and financial situation of employees vary widely from industry to industry - thus should the collection of it´s data vary accordingly.
Furthermore it is the individual who controls how much is offered for collection and to whom it may be shared.
WT is dishonest in giving the impression that anyone MUST sign anything for them.

I would suspect that the very way this information was presented to the sheep was purposely dishonest. (and possibly a violation of the privacy law itself)
The BOrg wants to become a net collector of data for commercial profit (sale)
WT Corp´s infantile 8 million represent a unique sample of how wilfully ignorant people can be manipulated to dedicate their entire lives to any whim of propagandists - even sacrificing their own families to obedience to the very organization that is fleecing, decieving and using them.

If they made 14400k symbolic how many jws would start to claim to be anointed?
by purrpurr insince there's debate here about wether the literal interpretation of the 14400k could be changed to symbolic, i was thinking such an announcement would allow for any jw to claim to be going to heaven... in which case i wonder how many jws would suddenly claim to have "been called"?.
i can think of many arrogant holier than thou types who would be jumping on that bandwagon immediately!

EVERYONE - free crackers and wine once a year, finally an actual reason to go to the memorial
Newly Anointed youth will quickly realize that this under age drinking could be sanctioned under religious liberty laws - Jesus in the temple at 12? Don´t know why some of the teens haven´t pushed that boundary already...
JW teens, you listening ... wanna make the evening news?...and expand religious freedoms?... you know you want to...

Sign JW Data Protection Form Or Else!
by AverageJoe1 inin spain (and the rest of europe), the "improved" data protection laws come into force on 25th may 2018. this is a good thing and sadly america is still lagging behind; not surprising with their current president!.
watchtower legal department are hot on the case and have instructed elders to hand out the new "release" forms out to all the publishers in their groups, whilst making it clear to them that they won't have any privileges if they refuse to do so!.
note these points in the instructions:.
